ORDER CANCELLATION.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 10 hours. Once the packaging process has started, we can no longer cancel it.
1. Refund & Return Policy
60-Day Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused
- Seals intact
- Returned in the original packaging. And shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items are carefully inspected by our team. If the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to issue a refund, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether returned items are in resalable condition.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
- You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or unsealed supplement products cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a withdrawal request is submitted after the order has shipped, the customer must wait to receive the goods and then follow the return procedure.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly include clear photos or videos so we can assess the issue quickly and provide the best resolution.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the return
Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days after processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
